FDA Prior Notice
By Truck - 2 Hours after the date/time of "FDA Prior Notice Confirmed" Date/Time
- By Rail - 4 Hours after the date/time of "FDA Prior Notice Confirmed" Date/Time
CBP Advance Notice
By Truck - 1 Hours after the date/time of "CBP Confirmation Received" Date/Time
- By Rail - 2 Hours after the date/time of "CBP Confirmation Received" Date/Time
For products subject to FDA prior notice, if either of the times above are blank
DO NOT MOVE the shipment to the port of entry.
If you get a message "No PAPS data found" DO NOT MOVE the shipment to the port of
entry.
